I've been in Australia for a long time.

Yes, I have been in Australia for quite some time. Not that I am complaining one bit, I freakin love this place. I always thought Australia was this terrifying place, where death was creeping around every corner. But it isn't. It is a magical land, and sadly enough I only have one week left. Not too much has changed since my last post really. I am still a certified man of leisure, I still play golf numerous times a week and surf my brains out when there's waves. The one thing that has changed is my golf game, I am getting better each time. I did lose a minor competition with old Wade the other day, but I was a bit fuzzy from a big night on the town the evening before. Either way I still have a blast playing. This past weekend we played about 54 holes. I have got to get a couple more rounds in before the big play-offs with Wade, even though he is horrible, I want my victory to be a landslide. Surf wise, this weekend was pretty fun. I am super excited for Indo. I have got some very hot tips on places to go from some friends here. Some real sneaky secret spots that are supposed to be amazing. The pictures A buddy of mine, Nath, was showing me were insane. I have also been booking places to stay through south east Asia as well, which is pretty exciting in itself. I can't wait to see more of the world. I know as much fun as I am having here, I will have that much fun seeing all these new places and crazy new people. Really looking forward to Japan still. I haven't been too good on keeping up with my Japanese lately though unfortunately. But I will get back on track this week.

I realized I have neglected to mention an amazing little man in my blog, Hugo. Hugo is Josh and Libby's 2 yr old Maltese/Chihuahua mix. He is one of the funniest little dogs I have ever met. He is a full cuddle bug and always finds a way to nestle up into you or climb on you and sit on your chest and block you from watching tv. Hugo has been my little buddy around the house here, checking out any strange noises and keeping me safe. I have him the nickname PW, which is short for Pigmy Wolf. Because that is kind of what he looks like, a very small special wolf, kinda like a midget. Midget Wolf isn't as catchy though. He really likes to play games with me early in the morning after Josh and Libby have gone to work. He steals my shoes and hides them in his bed. He doesn't chew them, just stock piles them in his bed. He also loves to throw this little bird at me. I don't know how such a small creature learned to throw a rope/stuft animal bird, but he has deadly accuracy. He can hit me in the head and chest from the floor when I am sitting on the couch or in bed. A funny little animal.

Well I must be off to bed now. We are going for an early surf over at Stratty Island. I have seen tons of footage of the place in surf movies but have yet to have had the pleasure of going there. So I am very excited. So, goodnight!

PS I know you all want to see pictures, and I will try to post them soon. My apologies for lagging. Adios.
